His primary focus is to blend his team’s ideas together and ensuring what comes to life is entertaining and of benefit to the community.
CMO - Lou Rosalia
Our CMO, Lou and his 25+ years of corporate leadership and innovation, masterfully keeps the FerroCity’s branding and experiences moving forward.
Applying his extensive education in the Study of Verbal and Written Communications accompanied by his vast experiences in thought leadership, Lou’s influences are evident in all aspects of FerroCity’s foundation and growth.
He is respectfully known internally as our “Shaman of Communication”, reflecting his abilities to master the humanizing of our digital behavior and persona.
COO - Gary Stetz
Gary Stetz, COO, brings to FerroCity his strategic modeling derived from his extensive professional and educational background including a BA (Cum Laude) from Rutgers University; MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from University of Notre Dame. Gary also earned degrees from Corpus Christi College-Oxford, England and Institute for Dispute Resolution at Seton Hall Law School.
Professionally his list of accomplishments is equally as extensive. Gary is the Managing Partner of Stetz, Belgiovine, Manwarren and Wallis P.C.; CEO of Commercial Lubricants, LLC D/B/A Metrolube; and Co- Author of “Project Management Accounting.” Board positions include Allegiance Community Bank (Director & Founder); BCB Bancorp (Director) and New Found Life (Director).
CCO - Frank Scacciaferro
From the CCO position, Frank applies his Emmy award winning creative vision and technical aptitudes to drive the look, style and effectiveness of FerroCity.
Having amassed a widely diverse range of professional experiences and skills, from NFL game action camera operator, to studio and location jib op covering sporting events, concerts, Broadway, NFL Network, HBO, FOX, NBC, and list goes on. He is first call on most major robo and specialty camera productions including US Open, Big East tournament, NHL and NBA.
Frank’s wealth of knowledge and experiences provides FerroCity with a distinct advantage in educating and communicating with the production world at large at the highest levels.
Elsy Gil
FerroCity’s Community Manager, Elsy, having launched her production career in Venezuela, she brings a very diverse and unique perspective to ensuring we communicate appropriately to both our domestic and global communities.
Scott Glozzy
Scott Glozzy is a senior member of our Concept and Design team.
Rising through the industry ranks of professional sports cameraperson to certified steady cam operator in the studios of CNN, Good Morning America and Good Morning Football.
These experiences have taught him how to frame the world through his lens. He now helms Urban Visuals, a product branding production studio. His experience and talents offer FerroCity a unique set of insights for following a vision from concept to deliverable product.
